Why do students need to form a team?
AlmaBetter pro program is 30 weeks journey towards becoming a Web Development. Students go through lots of phases ups & downs that might be difficult to cope with if done individually. We encourage students to form a team of 5 members and do group study to remain motivated throughout the journey.
How to form a team?
- Students must join the first onboarding session scheduled for your cohort addressed by the AlmaBetter team.
- During this session, students are encouraged to do networking with peers and form a team of 5 members.
- Once the team is formed, students can continue learning with the group and encourage each other towards program completion.
What if I missed the onboarding session?
- If you missed the onboarding session or if you joined the program after the start of the cohort you are following. You can post your request your Cohort’s space in the community. You will be contacted by the team leader to include you in the team.
- If your cohort is yet to start then wait for the onboarding session to form the team.
What to do once you have formed the team?
Once you are included in the team.
- Decide the team name (Caution - All team members should put the exact team name with correct spelling and the team name must be written in small letters, team name must not be the same as your cohort, example- team name cannot be "cohort kailash" although you can name it as "kailash_xyz").
- Decide on the team leader.
You can fill in your team name, team leader name & email ID in this form. Note - All individual team members have to fill-up the form.

Role of Team Leader
- The team leader will keep the whole team motivated.
- The team leader will connect with people to form the team in case someone has dropped.
- The team leader will fill up the nomination form to participate in contests.
