AlmaBetter's Pro program is designed in such a way that it provides students with the best content in the market and optimal learning to become a web developer in a short period. Students enrolled in the pro program have the liberty to learn at their own pace and interact with the AlmaBetter community to gain maximum learning outcomes.

Students have access to flexible live/self-paced learning with industry mentors, all lecture recordings and materials, personalized learning and placement guidance from industry experts. Wait it's not all, to further strengthen their knowledge, students have access to guided hands-on project sessions led by industry experts, Case Studies and Guest Lectures organized every weekend. Throughout the journey, students become experts not only in technical aspects of web development but also get exposure to the business understanding of industries. Students who complete AlmaBetter's Pro program get industry equivalent experience of 2 years in Web development.

Hold on we haven't introduced the elephant in the room yet, AlmaBetter Coveted Program "AlmaX". AlmaX is the placement guarantee program for coding enthusiasts. This program has been designed by Software Engineers at AlmaBetter with combined 25+ years of experience in varied industries in collaboration with our 200+ hiring partners. The main pillar of this program is 30+ one-to-one mock interview sessions with industry professionals. Students get access to ultra-friendly mock interviews and get actionable feedback from experts. Dedicated Career Coaches are assigned to students to guide them to build resumes, and portfolios and help at every step of the job hunt journey to land a job in Web development.

These guidelines and eligibility criteria are valid till 31st December 2022. Students enrolled in the Pro program on or before 31st December 2022 will be evaluated basis of these guidelines.

1. Pre-requisites to qualify for AlmaX

All students enrolled in Pro Program are eligible for the AlmaX program once they clear pre-requisites. These prerequisites are kept to ensure students are motivated enough to enter in fast-growing web development domain and have gained knowledge to directly start their job hunt process.

1.1 Competency Challenges

• Competency challenges are meant to solidify your theoretical learning.
• Completing all these challenges is mandatory for Pro Program certification which is required for AlmaX Placement Drive.
• You will earn a certificate for each challenge that you pass. The passing criteria for each challenge are 75%. You will also earn the certificate of program completion once you complete all the challenges. Once you pass a challenge, the certificate will be mailed instantly to your registered email address.
• You can attempt each challenge a total of 3 times. But you will be allowed to take a reattempt only after a gap of at least 7 days. This is to ensure that you prepare well before re-attempting the test.
• All competency challenges are proctored, your online activities are tracked during the test. In case of any malpractice, you will lose claim to AlmaX.
